This is off-topic and the absurd forum, and this happens to be off-topic, just ignore the comment about how you voted and comment on the actual post. So, what we have here is our first site to cave in to a regulation that is at the most questionable for being constitutional(lucky regulations don't have to fall under that test), the person or persons running that site are just chicken and not willing to contest those onerous regulations, which no other industry in the US has to come close to meeting.
